Yeah, don't expect Amazon Prime speeds. Mine arrived in about 2.5 weeks to Philly. They do custom work so it's not just sitting in a warehouse.

Nah, usually it's just one code at a time. I tried to stack a sign-up discount with a holiday sale once and it didn't work. Most stores are like that.

Linen is pretty durable! I machine wash mine on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang dry. Comes out great, softens up over time.

I usually machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and then line dry. Avoid the dryer if you can, it keeps them looking better longer and prevents shrinkage. Don't use bleach, obviously.
